Influencers: You must maintain a public profile ensuring the accuracy of details such as follower count, engagement metrics, and other data relevant to campaigns.
Brands: Brands must comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws, maintain transparency in campaigns, and ensure payment to influencers.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and must immediately notify Influns of unauthorized access.

Influns does not participate in or manage financial transactions between influencers and brands. Users must independently negotiate and process payments. Influns is not responsible for any financial disputes, non-payment, fraud, or payment delays.
Both brands and influencers agree to adhere to applicable advertising laws such as the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines or FTC guidelines (for global brands).
Influns does not take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content (including influencer posts or brand campaigns). Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Influns reserves the right to remove or suspend content that violates any terms or legal standards.
Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant Influns a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, or distribute user-generated content for promotional or operational purposes. You must not upload or distribute copyrighted material without appropriate permissions.
At Influns, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. By using Influns, you agree to the collection and use of certain data, but rest assured, we handle this responsibly and transparently.

Users agree to indemnify Influns against any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from user-generated content, actions, or failure to comply with these terms.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to arbitration under Indian law. The courts in Haryana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
